Founded in 1972, Dublin Gear Company Ltd. has the most up-to-date C.N.C., lathes and machining centres. We manufacture and produce a range of high quality gears, sprockets and precision engineered parts in various materials.

Dublin Gear Company Ltd. operates a system of Quality Assurance to ensure that all the products we produce are to customer specification .

Our Services

Worms & Wormwheels

Wormwheels are manufactured in phosphor bronze, and cast iron. Worms can be supplied single or multi start, in steel.

Racks

Square, rectangular, round racks are manufactured in a wide range of materials.

Bevel Gears

Straight cut teeth to Gleason system on 305mm generators.

Taper & Pilot Bore Sprockets

A comprehensive range of steel sprockets available from stock, for use with BS and ASA chain from 6mm to 50.8mm pitch. Our stock range includes Simplex, Duplex and Triplex.

CNC Machining

We have a wide range of machines to produce high-guality CNC milled and turned parts.
